So I'm wondering if you went to a website before trying to return. My previous one was set so that when I went to a website, when I would want to go back to it as soon as I started typing it, it filled it in and I just hit enter on it. It has been so long since I set up my home computer I can't remember what to do to get it to do that on my work one. It has Win 7 and IE 11 and Jaws 12. Thanks in advance.
