You can do this if a dialog box pops up after you send the error report and click the close button. In most cases, there will be a dialog box which pops up afterward telling that for more information, click the link below, which usually tends to be a button labelled more details. Entering on this button will take you to the Microsoft Error Reporting site, which will sometimes give you fixes for such problems. Let us know if that's the case.
