Hi Judy, If you wish to use it on sites like newspapers and sites with lots of straight forward things, it's accessible, but on some sites it's not. Here is a strange one. on my banking site, IE and FF weren't working well, but chrome did. You are correct, no events button I see there. Also, I find some sites with radio buttons, check boxes and combo chrome has lots of work to do for accessibility.
