Hi, You can do this by going through the view menu and finding the sort order area, but there is an easier way.
Go to the top of your list of emails. Route the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor (usually Insert and numpad minus key). Up arrow to the line above the first email. Find and click "Received". Voila, the sort order is reversed. Take care, Gerry Ellis If you don't know where you're going, How will you know when you get there? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Al Sorrentino Sent: Wednesday, June 7, 2017 3:55 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] Reversing e-mail list in Outlook 2010 Hi Everyone, I have JAWS 13 Windows 7 Outlook & Word 2010 Somehow I reversed the order of my e-mails in the Outlook list box from the oldest to the newest at the bottom. How can I reverse this process to the newest e-mails on top and the oldest at the bottom? It's become very confusing after all these years in reverse. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please note that I'm not very computer literate and if you can give it to me in steps it will be very helpful. Many thanks for any help.
