I am using W10, jaws 18 and outlook 2010 and having a problem with volume going up or down. It sounds sort of like volume ducking but isn't, as it is not turned on. I have jaws 16, 17 and 18 installed on my computer and it does the same on all three. I have uninstalled and reinstalled jaws 18 but this did not change anything and did a jaws 18 repair. None of this helped. I have checked all settings that I think might be causing the problem. I will appreciate any suggestions.
