Hey there guys,
This server requires authentication must be checked in settings. I'm
not sure in outlook express it might be anymore, but I do have pages on
one of my sites that might help. It may be outdated, but have left it
in case. http://support.superior-software.com and find E-mail. If I'm
mistaken and it isn't express, then someone can correct me.

Windows 7 and JAWS 17. His password is staying put but I'm wondering
if I have the port numbers wrong? I've tried 465 for SMTP and 995 for
Pop3. Is this correct? If so, what else could be the problem.
Can someone please help me with this? I'm truly stumped here!
