Mike,
I took a look, and the thing about this method, at least as of late,
text to email gateways only can receive so much, then it is cut off.
Last time I got this to work, it was 10 pages according to the reader.
Now a days, when I get them through my iphone, I don't get the entire
one. I think google voice would be better to use because you can send
it to a phone and the whole message is received.

Hi Mike,
I'll take a look, but google voice allows the sender to respond back and
its a valid text number. People can also call it too.

Hi Jared,
That's what i thought, but did y'all know that you don't need to use
Google
Voice for this? I as well as many others have been sending text messages
from our PC's for several years. Link below:

Mike,
Google voice allows you to send and receive text messages similar to
your cell phone. He wanted something that could send text messages to a
phone from the PC. http://voice.google.com is the URL.

You don't need an iphone, I had it working with a normal cell phone.

Hi T,
You can. Its free to try, and if you put your cell phone in there, you
can do everything by your phone without being on the site. I only do
that because otherwise, I'd never know i'd get a message. It'll work
out I'm sure.

since I last used it but it looks good.

I used it with Window-Eyes, I'll have to take a look with jaws at
some
point as I have an account. I also have it forwarding to my cell
so can
respond that way as well.

I was told that was difficult to do with jaws

The only one that is around and should work with JFW is google
voice.

I don’t use an iphone, so was wondering if anyone out there was
familiar with any online text service, that works with all cell
service carriers, that also works well with jaws 17
