Here's another description of the problem. You know how in MS word you might put 'draft' in the background on every page as you work on the final version? Then you have the ability to type over it. Conceptually, that's what I received in an email. I can only read the background. How do I read the text sitting on top of it? Your thoughts are appreciated.
