Wayne, I don't know for certain if winrar will let you unzip with 7Zip, but you 
can easily find out. If it works, you'll be in good shape.
Place focus on the file, then press the applications key. Arrow down. If 7Zip 
comes up, press enter. You'll be given several options. I like the one that 
says "Extract to [name of current folder]." It creates a new folder with a 
similar name as the zip file but without the .Zip extension, and all the 
unzipped files are contained in it.

I tried right clicking and there were many options but extract files was not 
one of them.  I got a notice that my trial period for Winrar had expired and 
that they wanted $20 to get it back.  I have 7Zip but I don't know if that can 
work with a folder full of files sent with Winrar.  I need more extencive help 
than just click.

right click the .zip file and select extract files...
