Hi, Open acrobat reader and then click edit on the menu bar then go to
accessibility then click change reading options.
Now in the wizard you only need to change 2 things: the first is read
entire document and the second is to uncheck the box that says open in
browser. these are on different pages of the wizard so just find the
read entire document option then click next until you find the check box
for open in browser... then finish the wizard...

Hi Folks,
Just learning to work with Adobe Acrobat DC, and am a bit stifled at being able
to read documents, particularly long ones.
It would seem that jaws will get stuck on certain patches of text, but when I
do a say all command, it’s able to pass by that text and continue reading.
I also find it jumping from one page to the next, mostly when I try to re-read
a line or some other part of the text. This tends to happen most when I’m
using the arrow keys to go through the document one line at a time.
Does anyone have any tips or maybe some suggestions on how I should set this
program to better read PDF documents with Jaws.
I’m using Adobe Acrobat DC, 2015, Windows 10, Anniversary Build, not the
creator’s build, Jaws 18, latest build.
I can’t say if it happens with all screen reader, and it’s too late to discover
if it does at this point, but if I find out more, I’ll write in and let
everyone know.
Thanks for any advice.
Scorpio
