Hi Sugar, You might have a laptop whose WLAN adapter causes the Locking Code to change when you enable or disable Wi-Fi. JAWS interprets that fact as a hardware change, therefore it ask for activation again. If you have JAWS activated by using a dongle instead of the ILM, you may have accidentally removed the Sentinel System Driver, either from Programs and Features or the Device Manager.
