On my Del laptop working in JAWS desktop keyboard layout I can use the Function Key with the embedded number pad. It is located on the right half of my keyboard with the 7, 8, & 9 keys of the number pad corresponding with the 7, 8 & 9 key of the number rows. Numbers 4, 5, & 6 are on the letters u, i, & o.
I can simulate the home key with Function+7, the End key with Function+j, Page down with Function+l, and Page up with Function+9.
