I'm using Win7 and Outlook 2010, so I can't be sure this will work for you, but it might: Place focus next to a message where the rule applies. Don't open the message. Press the applications key. Arrow up or down to "Rules submenu" and press enter. Arrow up or down to "Manage rules..." and press enter. tab to "Delete."

W10, Outlook2013. I have many rules in Outlook2013 so messages go to separate folders. I made a mistake and assigned an incorrect folder to a rule and I cannot figure how to correct it. Is there a way I can delete a rule? How? I go into Outlook2013 press application and enter on rules sub menus. I cannot delete current rule or change it. Any instructions how to change or delete a rule so appreciated.
