That's why I liked Agent. As an example, n takes you to new messages, pressing the numbers 1 2 and 3 takes you to different panes. JAWS sees the cc and bcc field, and you can obtain the email address of the person who sent it without pretending to reply to the message. I'll think of more advantages after I send this, but you get the picture. After the first paragraph or so, JAWS will starts skipping lines, or stop reading altogether and I have to hit insert down arrow again. I am tempted to go back to JAWS 7 for a while, but like some of the features of JAWS 9, and it's a hassle switching back and forth. Maybe I just can't have my cake and eat it too.
