When you have opened the message: 1. Press the alt key to bring up the files menu. 2. Scroll down until you get to "save attachments" 3. Hit enter. 4. Type the directory and file name where you want the attachment saved 5. Then close the message.
Until you do this a few times, don't delete the message until you check to see if you have saved the attachment correctly, or that it is saved where you intended it to be saved.
