Hi Norma, No, I didn't specify which version of Windows, since the original poster didn't either. I can tell you, however that Timer 1.0 will work on a 64-bit system. One thing you can try, is before pressing enter on the executable, open the properties on it, and on the "General" tab,tab thru the dialogue and see if there is an "unblock" button. If this is the case, you will need to press the spacebar on it, and then okay the dialogue before you can install the program.
