I have only done the shared calendar in 2010, and I found the best view to work in is the week view. It wasn't perfectly easy to use, though, the Jaws would bounce around all over the place, but I did manage it. For personal use, I use the calendar on my note taker, but if colleagues need to see your calendar, it is easy enough to post events in yours. Just make sure you are in the shared calendars folder and not the archive folder.

Hi All, Has anyone got any tips for working within shared calendars in Outlook 2016? For instance, if you are comparing things like available dates and the like between yourself and another persons shared calendar, whats a quick way of moving between both calendars?. Hope I have this right. Many thanks, Paul. --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
