Jerry, I've never encountered this problem. However, a likely way to get
around it is to paste the Word file into Notepad first, then copy that
result into the email message. The link should disappear. I have to assume
this is a one-time event.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] MS Word 2013 and Email Messages
Afternoon all.
I have a strange issue regarding MS Word 2013 and WLM. I have a form letter
that was generated using Word 2013. However, when I copy and paste the
letter into an email message using WLM, the first paragraph reads as a link.
Can anyone explain this, and how to correct it without rewriting the entire
letter/paragraph? I am using JAWS 17, Office 2013 and Windows 10 on a Dell
laptop. Any information will be deeply appreciated.
Jerry
