HMMM, after i sent that message i releasized that wasn't actually to put jaws to sleep, BIG GRIN! press insert plus f6 again while in the program but as someone else mentioned you actually do not have in the program you wish to have jaws go to sleep in running because once you press insert plus f6 shift plus tab once to the applications list and downor up arrow to find the application you wish to work with. once you have the correct app selected, tab to the search edit box and type in sleep. if you have a braille display you will find two entries otherwise only one. now, down arrow to theone that says sleep mode disabled miscellainous. you are ready to change it by pressing the spacebar till you hear sleep mode enabled. tab to the o.k. button and you are done. if jaws stops talking, just press enter twice and you should back in the app.
