Okay, thanks. sense the individual who fixed it used them, I figured I'd match
her corrections with the same bullet point. B ut, I appreciate those words of
advice.

Justin,

As a retired HR professional, a lot of larger employers have gone to using
automatic screening programs. So, as with any document, if they don't allow it
to be submitted electronically, just keep it well-organized; keep the font to
something that is pretty easy to be recognized by a typical OCR program i.e.
don't use a real fancy font that tries to mimick hand-writing -- I'd say keep
it to something like Courier, Times New Roman, Tahoma, etc.

Of course, it is not critical which bullet-type you use; the main thing it to
keep it well-organized and nicely layed out. Use Jaws proof-reading
capabilities thoroughly to check for obvious errors. Finally, remember to
modulate your résumé to include the appropriate "buzzwords" that the specific
job is looking for; often, those are entered into the résumé-scanning program
in advance, so if it doesn't see those key words, it will throw your résumé to
the side.
