Ted, it's gracious of you to post this note, but honestly, the result is 
unacceptable. I'd urge you to call FS/VFO again and demand that your case be 
escalated. It's worth saying that the quality of tech assistance varies widely 
among the FS reps. Some are superb, some not. I can't imagine that the person 
you spoke to is one I think well of.

Concerning a question on quick navigation commands and jaws taking a nap.  I 
called VFO concerning jaws going to sleep and he ran a repair remotely.  I may 
have to live with the problem since jaws still starts napping after
