Afternoon all. I am using JAWS 17, Excel 13 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. I was wanting to know about a frustrating problem. I have a spreadsheet, and in some of the cells, I have a list of postal/zip codes. However, some of these codes start with the number 0. But after entering on the cell, excel converts it to the letter O. Can anyone explain this, and suggest a remedy? Many thanks in advance.
