IN itself, that might be okay. However, they are also aggressive, frequently putting messages on my system long after I gave up on the program. They also didn't respond adequately to concerns I expressed about another of their software offerings. I urged that Express Rip enable users to rip tracks in the same order in which they appear on a CD, as you can do with WMP.
