Rick, here is an idea I'd like to run past you and Bob both. Why don't we just start kicking people off the list who continue to ignore the guidelines and keep on cross posting. They should know who they are by the simple fact that their messages never make it to the list when they employ that practice.

On the other hand folks, if you see your messages making it on to the list then you have nothing to worry about because your messages are within the rules of this list. I am putting this on here not to scare anybody but as a warning so we don't have people climbing up our backs asking why they were booted off of the list.

When a message is crossed posted it gets held for moderation and our practice since the start has always been to reject such messages.
