Hey. If it says it isn't a proper installer package, you either didn't get the full download (probably stopped partway through ...different browsers have different ways of handling that situation), or the file itself is corrupted. Try downloading again. If it still doesn't work, it's not your problem, but VFO's.
When you download a voice, you have to choose the synthesiser version and your language in the combo boxes provided. I assume you knew this and did it already. When I pressed enter on the Hegrew file nothing happened; when I pressed download on a couple of the Russian voices one voice downloaded but when I tried to click on the installer package I got an error message saying this asn't a valid installer package.
