Here's what happened after I tried following the instructions that you 
provided, in my previous message. I virtualized the window, so as too try 
and giv you an indication of what I'm talking about.      Adjust JAWS 
Options
Microsoft Word Options CloseNavigation Quick Keys - Off
Formatting ExecuteBullet Type Indication - On
F1 Help Prompt - On
Measurement Units - Set to Inches (default)
Shading Detection - Off
Style Changes - Off
Tables
These groups of options are specific to Microsoft Word.
