I had thought there was a way to add your own lookup sources, though I never really looked into it. I could see how this could get pretty complicated. It would involve more than simply adding a uRL. So, this thread made me curious and I took a quick look. Indeed, it doesn't look as though there is any way to do this. It's a nice JAWS feature, but not really designed to be totally inclusive. You'll just have to use the normal web interface.
