Good point, I had not considered such an option.
You realize of course there will need to be a team of 200 people to make it

I now use the latest version of Jaws 18, and it works relatively well with
Office 365.
When I first purchased Office 365, I was using Jaws 16, and had some issues,
which is what caused me to upgrade to Jaws 17 and ultimately 18.
I don't remember what those issues were, but I do recall that some of them
were significant, especially in relation to Outlook 2016.
