In short, you're not running the latest or the immediate past feature
update, hence the update problem. I'll address this in detail on another
list.

My machine is not picking up the updates, I think that is the problem, the
newer builds had improvements.

    Hi i found by turning the carrot navigation mode on in mail settings
helps.
