Hello Holger, I have heard that using Shift with delete sometimes works when using just the delete key or when the delete menu item doesn't work. You might want to give that a try. I don't use WLM but you might use the application key on the junk folder and see if you have an option to empty the folder or to delete all messages in the folder. . I checked online and found a post from someone that said if you go into the contextual menu of the junk folder (by right-clicking on the folder or using the application key), open properties and then either use the OK or cancel button that you will then be able to delete the items. Again, not being a WLM user I don't know if any of these methods will work for you but these were a few of the resolutions posted online.
