Hi david, I followed your directions and it took me to the same place that I have gone to before. There are no buttons on that web site to update Office 2010 as I could see. Here is what it said on that page about it. Windows 10 is a service, which means automatic updates are turned on by default and your PC always has the latest and best features.
I do have it turned on under update and security to have all my products updated automatically.
