Keep in mind, too, that at least in Outlook 2010, the contacts order changes depending on how often or recently you've contacted this or that person. One thought, in case it hasn't already been mentioned. If you think you know the place of your addressee in the contacts list, press enter when you get to it. Then tab into the next field and shift-tab back to the "To" or "cc" line. I believe your educated guess will be confirmed or rejected. I love the humor in your message, Reed. Time was when America had all the advantages over Canada when it came to visually impaired people. I know because I spent some time at McGill. Canada has come a long way since then.
