I am using MS Excel 13, JAWS 17, and Windows 10; and I have not come across
such a problem. So am uncertain as to what the problem could be. As
suggested, you may want to call tech support at JAWS to see what the
geniuses there can come up with.

Hmmm, might be an issue with windows 10 and the video intercept. You might
call tech support on that one. I'm using windows 7, so it's not the same.

I am using windows10 and no other app is active when i am working with excel
accept skype. I even quit and relaunch jaws many time and i installed new
update jaws yesterday but the problem is still their.

I am using ms excel2013 and using jaws18 with it but I am facing issue
while using edit command “f2” to edit or delete any text, jaws never read
it when i enable edit mode. I am wondering if this is jaws issue or ms
excel ?
