Folks, if you ever lose the icon out of your system tray and can't figure 
out how to get it back I have an alternative method of accomplishing the 
same thing. Place the following command in your run dialog or in an icon 
some place.

rundll32 shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

It brings up the very same screen.
