i would download the new version directly from the fs site and try installing
it again. the first download file might be corrupted

I just now got around to updating my JAWS 18 with the latest version. I tried
installing over the top and got the following error message:
JAWS Setup Package Error
The JAWS setup package could not install the required component
JAWSUpgrade. The process will now exit.
OK
What would cause this error and how can I correct it?
I am running Windows 7 if that makes any difference.
