I would be answering calls for a company and relaying information to customers so I'm most likely in need of the split headset as suggested ...... I'm still in search of what type of phone software to look for that works well with Jaws ...... Thank you for your input ......

I don't recall the model headset, but it's pretty basic. Anything with a boom mic will do. Jaws comes through both headphones along with the call.
