Here we go, getting into the memory thing. Open AVG tap the space bar on control center Alt + v and enter on component Believe there is email that you arrow down to and enter on it. Alt + c for something. and arrow down and uncheck certify in going and out going mail. You may have to play around to get to the list, but that is the best I can recall. RJ. Think you
