It is posible, but it depends on which method you use to access e-mail.
If you use Outlook, you can move to the link and, instead of pressing ENTER to 
activate, press the Applications key (or SHIFT+F10) to open the context menu, 
choose the Copy Hyperlink option and then paste it into any edit box, for 
example the Run dialog, to see the address.
