Hi Patti, Whether you can put Nero on your new machine, depends on how it was put on the old machine. If the old machine came with Nero already on it, not much chance of moving it from there, to your new machine. If you have Nero as a download, or on cd, then you can install it on the new machine. If you had the capability of putting a cd in the cd drive with files already on it, and then adding more, that would be packet-writing software which allows you to do that. The only software packages that I know about, which have that Would be Nero, and Roxio. Give us some more info, and we can go from there. Richard Q. I need help. I have an E-Machine with some kind of burner on it, and I wanted to update some information on a CD, but I can't. On my old computer I had Nero Start Smart, and it let me copy and paste the files on the CD. 1 Does any one know how I could paste stuff on a CD? I don't know what kind of burner is on here, and I don't know where to look. 2 Can I take Nero Start Smart off my old computer and put it on this computer, and if I can how?
