I was having a problem where jaws kept telling me that the windows mirror driver was not installed. I tried to repair, modify and reinstalling jaws. Finally I contacted support. She spent about an hour trying different things then wanted me to make sure that I had the most recent driver. This did not correct the problem. I called back and got a different tech. He tried a few things then paused my antivirus software and did a repair. this fixed the problem. I have been using eset for several years with no problem. Anyway I hope that this may help someone with a similar problem. From now on I will disable my antivirus software until after jaws is installed.
