Presumably, you mean removing message rules in OE6. (This is independent of Office version, JAWS version etc.) In your rules list, reached from the message list with alt-t, r, m, Highlight the rule you would like to remove by arrowing to it, tab 4 times to the Remove button, and hit spacebar or enter twice, for Yes. If you change your mind, after the first enter or spacebar, tab to and enter on No. .
