by the way i can not add alt control J for my short cut.
e each time i do it and apply it and then check it the short cut key is
gone.

I am seeing a lot of sound issues with the creators fall update. Check
and see if the enhancements or effects are disabled in sound properties.
Try updating your sound card driver.
As a last resort uninstall your sound card driver completly and let
windows use its default basic sound driver, this works with Jaws.
