I had to download the newest version. No matter what I tried I could not get it to work. Probably tomorrow reluctantly I will call Microsoft. The problem has been getting worse or as I like to say worser! If I go down a list of my documents or a list of files in a folder or drive I quite often get a message that my documents or drive letter is not responding. I had this quite a few years ago and combofix was the only thing that I could use to correct the problem. I first learned about combofix about 10 years ago. Something got into my computer and I.E. kept taking me to a porn site. I had the eset folks trying to remove whatever caused the problem. Finally he gave me the download link for combofix and it correct I.E. That has since been my go to tool for problems that virus and malware scans could not correct.It finally got to me when I could not totally read my document list. I need one and can not remember what it was named. Gee, give me back my old Burroughs 6700 or IBM 3090 main frame systems.
