If you're using a desktop keyboard, have you tried another keyboard to see
if maybe the keyboard isn't working?

Morning all.
I was wanting to know something. I have the keyboard commands for starting
JAWS as Control Alt J. Now, when I use the control and alt keys on the left
of the spacebar, nothing. But when I use the same combinations on the right
of the spacebar, it works. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks in advance.
I have JAWS 17 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.
