Last night for the 5th time that I was working with Dell Tech support since I got this new computer, I asked him to explain what was going on when I was logging in as I was having problems. He said that there is a splash screen that pops up. It seemed that if I pressed a key, it would go away and then I could log in. The Tech then when into some Windows setting and changed a setting or 2 so that the screen does not pop up. When he rebooted, he said that something was still coming up, but I seemed to get in easier. I have however, noticed a significant improvement when logging back in after the computer goes to sleep.
