Thanks for the suggestion. I was trying to recall the command to enter so this was right on time. Because unfortunately resetting the shortcut key doesn't work in all situations. I especially have a problem with the shortcut key when switching back and forth from Jaws17 to Jaws2018 since Jaws2018 doesn't seem to work most of the time with my version of Quicken 2003.

What I do if the hotkey doesn't work is hitting windows key plus R, Then I type "jaws2018" and hit inter, and jaws would start. That applies with older versions of jaws like type jaws18 or jaws17, just make sure no spaces between jaws and the version number. hope it helps.
