Hi All, A week or so ago I asked if anyone might know why my Office 2010 wouldn't save eitherExcel or .DOCX files. When I pressed, Control + S, F12, or used the file / save menu the file I was trying to save would just flat out disappear! This happened using Jaws 16 thru J2018. Well, through some trial & error I found out that if MalwareBytes is running Office does not save, but if I disable MalwareBytes Office will save files. This is only 1 of our computers, & this all started after replacing the motherboard of this Windows 7 Pro computer. I don't think anyone will have this problem especially since this all happened to only this computer we repaired. I uninstalled MWB, reinstalled it, & it would save files until I activated my license! LOL
