Thanks, Umberto, for this post. There have been times when I could have used these instructions, and they will come up again in the future. For sheer simplicity, the instructions Mike posted cover many situations. However, they won't always work for the "To" line because senders' email addresses don't always appear with the names. An alternative is to set up a reply to the message and arrow through the "To" line in the headers there. Sometimes, but not always, the sender's address will be paired with the name in the "To" heading.
Umberto's method, if I'm not mistaken, should always get to the sender's address.
