Maybe I was not paying close attention to this. I am using Windows ten
latest of Creator at 17.9 and jaws as of yesterday Jaws 2018 latest release.
I also have Microsoft Outlook office complete Word and E-mails. With Jaws 18
it was ok with the up-date it did and then Outlook did a up date. So I said
maybe and they do have it resolved in 2018 version latest release. I have
no issues. There is another Jaws users group and sometimes asked, If in
Windows 7 and running the programs is it necessary to go all the way to jaws
18 and the latest of Jaws 2018, which is a rename now for Jaws 19. AS VFO
and FS Eric has stated.
My thought is no if running the Windows Seven why go to the more advance
when and Eric tell me if wrong, please or David F. That 2018 is for Windows
ten and its advance to Creator and all.
The other thing you might want to take a look at. If hacked or in buying by
someone making the computer for you, if you have a license for the programs
and including windows. I found out the hard way in buying this computer in
paying hard working cash, and clearly what I wanted, to find out my Windows
ten home, instead a windows ten Pro, jacked license. So I had to buy a whole
new Windows ten to get a license. This can and does effect programs. Because
a jacked license doesn't have all the .. David could explain more clearly. I
just know since my working with "My Computer Works," company out of Arizona
that now all my programs work well, including Outlook word and e-mail.
The last thought, if you have 2016 when it did not work for me , a new
E-mail, I type two letters and tab once and right there it was. Of course if
you have more people and have the same two letters you will have to type
more before Tabbing. As it doesn't give a list. As said that is no longer
an issue with 2018 Jaws

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Additional Note Regarding Outlook Chrashing Issue When
Entering E-mail Addresses Into A New E-mail

Hello, everyone.

Yesterday, you may recall that I was told by Freedom Scientific Tech Support
that the best way to solve the issue of Outlook Crashing when entering
addresses into the "to" field of a new e-mail message was to put Outlook in
safe mode.

This is continuing to work for me, although I must add that if you shut your
computer down for any reason, you will have to go back into Outlook and put
it back into safe mode.

Apparently, the safe mode setting isn't saved, as I have just discovered.
