Hi RJ, I have tried it with both brackets. In your example you typed [jaws-users]. On the subject line it reads [JAWS-Users]. In reading the subject line 1 letter at a time all the letters in Jaws and the U in Users are capitalized so that is the way I put it in the choice you spoke of in the message rule. Are these entries case sensitive? Thanks for your input.
